Publication Re-designation
HIB has instituted a new circular and bulletin numbering system for better differentiation from our filing designations.
All publications will now be assigned a unique six-digit identifier (i.e. 100001), forgoing the line-specific classification
(i.e. FA 2009-01) previously assigned.
Publication Bookmarks
Bookmarks, i.e. tabs, have been added to the publications for easier navigation from one section to the next. To use the
bookmarks, select the ‘Bookmarks’ button located in the left frame of Adobe Reader/Acrobat. A list will appear detailing all of the
publication components. Clicking a specific bookmark will take you to the first page of the selection. Bookmarks have assigned page
numbers for your printing convenience.
Fill-In Adoption Forms
Each of the circulars include an online, fill-in adoption form to reduce your filing preparation time. These new forms
will transfer data from duplicate fields and total certain calculated fields. After completion, simply print the page range
3 through 5 and include with your company’s filing.
